Our muscle re-education analysis is a 60 minute session which utilizes video analysis of your movement patterns to create a program of corrective exercises designed specifically for your needs!  Using this technology, we are able to decipher which muscle groups are overactive (strong/overused), underactive (weak/underused), and what possible injuries these over- and underactive muscles may predispose you to.  This analysis can be used in conjunction with your massage therapy information to create a specific program of exercises to build strength in the underactive muscle groups, as well as stretches and self-massage techniques to relax and loosen the overactive muscle groups.
