Our muscle re-education analysis is a 60 minute session which utilizes video analysis of your movement patterns to create a program of corrective exercises designed specifically for your needs!  Using this technology, we are able to decipher which muscle groups are overactive (strong/overused), underactive (weak/underused), and what possible injuries these over- and underactive muscles may predispose you to.  This analysis can be used in conjunction with your massage therapy information to create a specific program of exercises to build strength in the underactive muscle groups, as well as stretches and self-massage techniques to relax and loosen the overactive muscle groups.

Feeling stiff and achy, but without the time for a full massage? Try our 15-minute stretching and muscle energy techniques sessions to target areas of inflexibility quickly and efficiently. Muscle energy techniques are a form of muscular therapy that makes use of a patient’s own muscle energy against the massage therapist's resistance in order to stretch the muscle and joint to its full potential. Followed up with traditional static stretching, this service can be instrumental in helping athletes prevent or recover from injuries, or treating chronic conditions that lead to pain such as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and more.

If time isn't an issue, this service can be added to your regular massage to capitalize on the muscular lengthening you've already achieved in your session!
