Yoga in Canton MI

Join us every Wednesday evening at 7:15 for Yin Yoga For Everyone with our new instructor Hannah Grimm! It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. When practiced consistently, yoga yields a more supple body, looser joints, a sense of calmness and clarity, and ultimately, a more thoughtful life.
Who Is This Class For?
This class is appropriate for people with varying levels of fitness, flexibility, and yoga experience. Beginners are welcome!
Classes are 60 minutes. Please dress comfortably and bring your own mat. Space is limited, so reserve your spot by booking online HERE!
